That's fine, you are more than welcome to believe what you wish.  Maybe you are right. 

This is the history of it though and its all centered around the battle for your beloved Penn State.

ACC seemingly was trying to crack them out of the B1G.

Also, The B1G knew Nebraska was losing their status.  Two of their members, Wisconsin and Michigan were leading the way in that move.  They just held it up long enough to get Nebraska in first.

It's not a real requirement.  Nebraska was a business decision and so will be Florida State.
