The "America First" withdrawal from WHO proves Trump's admin can't distinguish between fiscal responsibility and ideological arson – torching global health infrastructure while claiming to extinguish bureaucratic waste.  

This admin severed $261M/year in WHO funding (16% of its budget) while simultaneously defunding NIH grants on "sensitive topics" and illegally withholding library funds. The pattern? Slash anything challenging their worldview – whether pandemic preparedness or DEI research. Miller cheers these cuts as "woke garbage" disposal, ignoring how burned WHO partnerships leave CDC/FDA without international outbreak data just as new pathogens emerge.
