@TimPendry Yeah the massive American miscalculation about WHAT IS POWER in the 1990s is mostly down to the Nerocons (that is the typo of the century) - slash defense budget, double down on economic growth, own the world as the **smart** move. Instead they chose hard power: a disaster.
