Here’s the surveillance footage of the shooting involving an off-duty Border Patrol agent that was shot in the face by an illegal alien during a botched NYC robbery last night.

The agent returned fire in a dramatic confrontation. 

The agent, who was with a female friend on a rock, quickly drew his weapon and shot at the two assailants. 

The 42-year-old agent, expected to recover, is hospitalized. 

One suspect, a Dominican national illegally in the US since 2023, was struck by the agent’s bullets and is in custody. 

The suspect is an illegal re-entry and has a warrant from Massachusetts for kidnapping. 

The second suspect remains at large.
