You need to be able to scope a project well and have a good framework for testing and evaluating workflows. Not every task needs an LLM, but this is hard to determine if you are trying to solve the whole problem in one go and haven't thought about how the components play with each other. Always build with the intention to iterate. The easier and faster you can iterate, the more you reap the rewards.
