The man in the video who was stirring up crowds in S.Korea's capital Seoul, trying to overthrow President Lee Jae-myung, is Morse H. Tan.
He's an American and a former US diplomat, once appointed ambassador by Trump in 2019.
It's shocking to see the US govt meddling so openly in another country's internal affairs.
The S.Korean govt should lodge a protest with the US and expel this man from the country.
