Mitosis Community Contributor Roles(III)

Sensei (先生) - The Master
A formal leadership role within the community, reserved for exceptional community leaders who have consistently demonstrated their expertise, commitment, and ability to foster a positive community environment.

Requirements:
→ Maintain an active Daigakusei role for at least X weeks
→ Regularly provide high-quality contributions to the community, demonstrated through consistent valuable engagement and leadership activities
→ Must receive a nomination from an existing Sensei
→ Must earn ≥ XX% approval vote during the review round

Selection Process:
→ Nominations occur every X weeks from existing Senseis, community moderators, or team members
→ Existing Senseis initiate nomination polls in designated threads with specific examples of the nominee's impact
→ Reviews are merit-based, considering overall community impact and leadership potential
→ Final selection through voting process involving existing Senseis and selected community leaders

Senseis guide the community, vote on nominations, mentor others through Morse-powered initiatives, represent us in external collaborations, and develop key initiatives.
