The only problem with that is: 

On December 9, 2016, Obama’s national security officials — including FBI Director James Comey, CIA Director John Brennan, and DNI James Clapper — gathered at the Obama White House to discuss the so-called peaceful transfer of power.

Barack Obama authorized not only the overthrow of the United States government in 2016, but also to overthrow the sitting president of the United States in 2017.
