Iran’s Foreign Minister Araghchi sent a letter to the UN, saying the UK, France, and Germany (the E3) have no right to use the nuclear deal or UN rules against Iran. He said they broke their promises, supported attacks on Iran, and no longer count as part of the deal. He warned they are damaging the UN’s credibility but said Iran is still open to honest talks.
