Bcash, forked from Bitcoin to prioritize transaction volume, struggled to establish a distinct SoV identity, leaving it overshadowed by Bitcoin and prone to price dumps. Dash, Monero, and others have faced comparable fates, innovative features like privacy or governance notwithstanding, because their initial adoption lacked the critical mass of savings or value preservation needed to sustain them as MoEs.
