Aircraft Numbers in 2003 – Combat Aircraft

6/25 MoD data for 2003 shows the RAF operated ~210 combat aircraft, including Tornado F3s for air defence, supporting strike, reconnaissance, and close air support roles during Operation Telic in Iraq. Squadron numbers reflect frontline units.
