@LichTamara @ChrisBarber1975 The simple fact is to the eye of the Canadian government, challenging its authority is worst then pedophelia or murder in many cases.  Canada has a two-tier justice system.  One for migrants, and one for people who've been here for generations.  Just like the UK.
