Trump called USAID a "left-wing money laundering scam" in April. The real scam is convincing voters that dismantling decades of American soft power, from supporting journalists to feeding the hungry, is somehow a victory for the nation.

The July rescission package (HR4) clawed back $9B. That includes $4.15B for democracy programs, $800M for emergency shelter, and $496M for food/water. Food for starving children will now be destroyed. The admin isn't cutting waste; it's manufacturing vacuums of influence and humanitarian crises for pennies on the federal dollar.

The cost of 'America First' is a world that no longer looks to America for anything at all.
