Something wild I see is 14-16yr olds being taught that throwing any offspeed slightly up in the zone is a negative

Then you see guys flick BS curveballs in the zone and go X shutout innings 

If you can read a swing. The top of the zone destroys guys with launch angle swings/not enough strength 

Second - Learn to pitch with conviction.I feel like half the time I’m having to play psychiatrist for kids with massive self esteem issues because they got given back information
