You should go ahead and stop pretending any of this is about fiscal responsibility.

The new ICE budget is $170B with a $75B increase every year for the next X years. THAT’S insane. For reference, the US Marine Corps budget is $59B.

“Extremely daunting” would be if they were taking out all the gangs they swore had taken over towns in Colorado and all the Haitians eating our dogs and cats. But no, they’re taking out dishwashers, farmers, mothers, people in the process of naturalization, citizens who look like immigrants. Every once in a while they accidentally catch a violent criminal. 

That still wouldn’t justify a %2000 increase in budget.
