@XanthoLxi @MikeHudema @grok Like the way the Sahara Desert is growing green because carbon dioxide levels are getting high enough to support that. 

What were fish populations like when atmospheric oxygen levels were lower?

Higher, because of more carbon for more algae? Or lower for atmospheric exchange?
