I don't think private US dollars issuers are better than CBDC honestly, it doesn't change the problem of fiat and it just adds another layer of middlemen (whose crypto was born to remove). I get this is the future we're heading though, I'm not blind. Just disappointed if people end up falling in the same trap again.
