"You saw with the report that Tulsi put out... there needs to be criminal prosecution and arrest.

Lying under oath, putting out a false intelligence report - that’s a violation of XX U.S. Code 1001. 

A 7-year prison sentence and up to $XXXXXXX fine.

This false intelligence report resulted in FISA courts issuing a warrant to illegally surveil the President of the United States.

There needs to be arrests. This is not partisan. This is simply illegal... and we’re simply upholding the law."
