Iraq is a $XX Trillion resource economy, with small external debts. 3) There is an “in-country” plan to buy back trillions of Dinars and take out the three zeroes. Most of this 100T you are referring to are hidden in mattresses in-country and can easily be fixed. 4) The RV is key for the US to get paid for what they built in Iraq. Trump himself said they built the largest airport and expects to be paid for it before leaving.
