Quality vs. Valuation - the constant battle

My valuation model says these stocks are cheap:
$OSCR $LFMD $RELY $EVER $REAX 

My quality model says they are low quality, below XX score. 

So though I am sure a few of these stocks will double in the next year, I can't invest in them until it gets to higher quality. 

Why? 
Because Quality assures probability of outperformance. High quality stocks have a lot going for them in terms of key fundamental statistics and hence they catch fire faster or rebound quicker when they are oversold. 

This is why I would rather pick a little overpriced quality stock over cheap lower quality stocks.
