JUST IN: #Cardano $ADA Founder Charles Hoskinson says the GENIUS Act will "dollarize the developing world. There's $100B worth of stablecoins and crypto assets in Argentina—it's either that or the digital Yuan. There's no authorization for a CBDC in the GENIUS Act."
