On behalf of the RDF Chief of Defence Staff, Brigadier General Ronald Rwivanga, the Defence Spokesperson today addressed more than XXX young leaders representing various academic institutions, including students from XX universities and university deans, gathered in Kigali for the Young Leaders’ Breakfast Network Gathering.

The conference was organised by the Africa Youth Leadership Forum (AYLF) in partnership with Cornerstone Development Africa, under the theme “Leading with Values: A Heroic Compass to Leadership Effectiveness and Positive Impact.” The conference served as a vital platform to inspire youth towards leadership anchored in integrity, patriotism and service.
