The $AAPL Conundrum. FIFO vs. LILO.
How do you know when markets top/bottom? Look at $AAPL for clues.
To illustrate. At the 4/7 bottom, $NVDA and the semis led us out. The semis lead out of a bottom. They're also the first to lead down from a top. $AAPL was the last to go down into 4/7, it was used to provide the final push down. It plays the opposite role near tops, it is used by MMs to provide the final push on the way up, as the semis begin their corrective move down. And again, AAPL will be the last to go down this cycle now.
So: Semis are #FIFO: First In First Out
And AAPL is #LILO: Last In Last Out.

See where AAPL stands now, it recently started going up from the bottom of its rising wedge. See pic.

It has the following targets:
Kiss the blue resistance line: $XXXXX
Go above resistance, false breakout: $XXX
Super Resistance (fortress): $XXXXXX

@CheddarFlow shows bullish flow on AAPL for the X targets shown above until 08/01.

If the MMs want to hit the $6360 $SPX target during cash open (ES SEP targets hit already) this coming week, then AAPL will be used while $SOXX start taking a back seat

Effectively, if you're bearish and already in $SOXS you should do better than in $SQQQ, since the latter is AAPL sensitive!

If $6360 $SPX will be left for post correction, then AAPL will go down from current level.

The Monday open will be interesting post Japan's elections.

What's your take on AAPL?
