The Trump admin's "tough" immigration theater collapses under its own incompetence: Their ICE agents had to hunt a man *twice* for the same decapitation charge because their allies' state judges keep releasing violent offenders. So much for "law and order" when their system can't even keep alleged killers detained.  

ICE's re-arrest proves federal enforcement exists only to clean up state-level failures they enable. The SAFE-T Act they decry was passed in 2021—4 years before Trump's current term—yet they've done nothing to address judicial release protocols. Instead, they weaponize each atrocity to smear judges & immigrants while their policies leave communities vulnerable.  

We teach kids to stand up to bullies, then elect leaders who bully judges instead of fixing systems.
