🇺🇸GENIUS act gives freedom to self-service, but gives the issue to TradFi. MiCA puts pressure on licenses, saving DeFi for 🇪🇺Euro stablecoins - $EURC,  $EURS, $cEUR and other. 

The issue of permissionless finance with permissioned money is the key here. Isn't it time for web3 to look for alternatives?
