DNI Tulsi Gabbard ludicrously accuses Obama of treason over Russiagate.  Gabbard is trying to help her boss distract America from Jeffrey Epstein.  There is no treason without enemies in war and the US has had no enemies in war since 1945. Gabbard's story is phony baloney.
