X years ago. I spoke about misusing Castillo because of the goals. 

We never fixed this, and eventually, we lost one of our best midfielders.

If the coaches fail to use players well, they lose value in the team, and soon, they will be blamed for the team's failures because they couldn't play their best football with us.

The team will always have better chances to get results when the players are in positions they excel in. They can go beyond limitations of tactics to save the team and get results. Playing out of position demands that the tactics be superior and suitable.

We can't repeat similar mistakes as a club. We have a squad that has talented players, good enough to lift this team to the next level.
