Eminent Domain is used to force citizens to sell their property to the government; Bitcoin is property under US law.  Yes, there is a real possibility that all of the Bitcoin held by Strategy and the ETFs are going to end up in the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve.

Even scarier is the possibility that Democrats launch Chokepoint XXX and take control of the X million Bitcoin held by Coinbase and Fidelity, or nationalize Coinbase.  Democrats running Coinbase would be the end of Bitcoin and crypto.
