Q8: Your AWS Config rules are not detecting misconfigurations. What could be causing this?

A: It is either Config isn’t enabled in the region, or the rule is not properly 
scoped to the resource type. 

I’d also check if the triggering events (e.g configuration changes) are occurring and if there’s an aggregation delay.
