lol USAID is barely X % of the federal budget. It’s virtue signaling if anything and not positively. Saving the US economy doesn’t sound plausible if we’re adding additional trillions to the deficit and further stifling the workforce. The US cannot readily (if ever) afford to be independent and rid itself of cooperation with the rest of the world.
