Please advise what to do if, when attempting KYC verification on on the @Novastro_xyz  testnet, I receive the error “Request failed with status code 500” and cannot continue participating in the testnet due to failing verification. 

What is the algorithm for fixing this problem?

Has anyone else had this error in Novastro testnet? Please advise on a solution.
