Green Line – Fundamental Price ($4M) This is the fundamental value zone. As I mentioned in my other analysis, buying under the fundamental price + during extreme fear is the ideal entry. The last time we dipped below the fundamental price, we got +120%. Here’s the full breakdown: X. Extreme Greed – bright pink background X. Greed – pink background X. Neutral – no background (current sentiment) X. Fear (Level 1) – light blue background X. Fear (Level 2) – blue background X. Extreme Fear – dark blue background (perfect entry when paired with price below fundamental) X. Purple Cloud – Minor Resistance ($10M) This is the first resistance we need to pass. As you can see, we’ve already tested it X times as resistance and immediately retraced. X. Orange Cloud – Major Resistance ($22M) Once we break through the purple cloud, we usually accelerate very quickly to the orange cloud. If resistance flips to support (even without a retest), price tends to move fast to the next cloud (this logic applies to all clouds and in both directions). X. Red Cloud – Target Zone ($51M) If we flip the orange cloud into support, we’ll most likely move quickly toward the red cloud. Note: Cloud zones are dynamic and update daily, based on price action. Conclusion: There isn’t much trading history yet, and unfortunately, the original pair from Dex (with highest history and trading volume) isn’t available on TradingView. Still, you can already see how well the indicator is working. So far, we’ve tested the purple cloud as resistance and immediately retraced back. Also, we were under the fundamental price and immediately bounced +120%. When to buy? It depends entirely on your risk management and your personal buy/sell plan, which you should always have. The best entry zone is below the fundamental price, ideally when we’re also seeing at least 2nd-level fear sentiment (blue background). But remember: chasing the perfect entry is the same kind of greed as never taking profits. Most importantly, answer these questions.
