Everyone was up in arms when we paid £75m for Van Dijk and said it was one of the most overpriced signings ever.

He went on to be one of the greatest centre backs who ever lived and made the fee look a bargain. 

If we believe Ekitike is worth €95m, I’m going to trust that.
