Can be done if Govt has the balls. EU is scared about losing access to UK markets. IN fact its easy, just threaten to undo it all and sign a mutual defence treaty with Russia that targets EU Federal institutions and Germany if they instigate hostilities. Russia would welcome a free trade deal with UK as well. UK could also, easily undermine EU financial markets as well.
