Traffic paralysed in parts of Kampala as a group of @NRMOnline supporters led by government Chief Whip Hamson Obua, Minister of Kampala Hajjat Minsa Kabanda, State Minister for youth and children affairs Balaam Barugahara and comedian Herbert Mendo Ssegujja, alias Teacher Mpamire, who mimics President  @KagutaMuseveni, walk through Uganda's capital in display of support for Mr Museveni, who's expected to address a rally at Kololo Independence Grounds today.
The public rally is part of the president's country-wide tour to monitor the government's poverty alleviation programmes, such as the Parish Development Model (PDM), aimed at transforming XXX million subsistence households into the money economy.
