@StLonginusofX @piyushmittal That's in dense cities, correct. The government also gives zero privacy, so gave all the data on driver location, trips, etc. to Baidu to build the data model for the OEMs to tap into. 
Tesla could have full autonomous already if the government gave them that kind of access
