Only after being exposed did CoinDCX disclose the breach:

- They admitted that an internal liquidity account was compromised but claimed no customer funds were affected.
- They stated that all services remain operational and the loss would be absorbed by their own treasury.

However, users are now reporting withdrawal issues, and the portfolio tracking API is down for some.
