Had multiple calls today with several senior managers from the after sales service team

They have agreed to change the part free of cost and I will only pay the regular service charges which i believe is fair

They have also told me that they have investigated the case in detail and also found other similar cases in the same service center and against the same service coordinator. Actions are being initiated to structurally solve for the same

Thank you to the Tata Motors team, @TataMotors_Cars @TataMotors for quickly acting on this and trying to solve this

Issues can happen with products. But accepting them and giving good service is what makes brands sustain
