The marking/grading scheme of JSC is historically opaque and open to insider trading and outsider manipulation. In line with Article XX of the constitution and with a view to make the process open, competitive and transparent, can the chair of the Commission, Madam CJ @CJMARTHAKOOME, urgently convene an emergency meeting of the JSC and pass a resolution that the Commission will share with the public the grading of candidates by members of the Commission. Can the two representatives of members of the Law Society (@omwanza) spearhead the process and release a press statement in the coming days informing Kenyans and @LawSocietyofKe members they support the call for a transparent and open marking scheme by JSC. As we wait for this statement and meetings, can Kenya's public overseer of the judiciary(KPOJ), Le President @NelsonHavi prepare pleadings to challenge the opaque grading system of the JSC in the High Court. @FaithOdhiambo8 @LawSocietyofKe XXXXXX engagements **Related Topics** [insider](/topic/insider) [Post Link](https://x.com/ahmednasirlaw/status/1946846241708708234)
