Just IN:  China has begin construction of world's biggest dam on Brahmputra river, near India-Tibet border. 

—  This dam is projected to be world's largest dam - three times bigger than the Chinese Three Gorges Dam. 

—   This Dam has planned capacity of XX GW, with annual  XXX billion kW generation, highest in the world. 

—  India's North East states including Assam heavily depend on Brahmputra river for irrigation and drinking water. 

— With this Dam, China would be able to control the flow of Brahmputra river and can use it as strategic weapon.

— Chief Minister of India's Arunachal Pradesh state has called this dam as a "Ticking Bomb" for India.
