metaplex is the core infra behind the retail friendly bonk, pump and so many other tokens or nfts

but there is a difference which is keeping $mplx out of contention for price appreciation

bonk/pump channel value to the token holders with buybacks and burns

metaplex buys back from XX% of its fees - but they are not benefiting the token holders yet

they are used by DAO to invest into the project - while indirectly beneficial, this bull run demands tangible hard value accrual to incentivise token purchase

it would be a good time for them to announce buyback+burn or atleast staking for a portion of fees
