X. Decentralization

In PoS, who holds the stake = who controls the chain.

If only a few validators control most of the stake, then a hand of people control the whole network and we are back to a centralized system. 

This program fixes this:

• Delegates STRK to a wide range of validators

• Prioritizes small validators who don’t attract much stake

• Avoids centralization by giving the power to few people

At the end the network is more secure, and more censorship resistant.
