A Tsunami Watch is in effect for all Hawaiian islands after a major XXX earthquake off Kamchatka, Russia. 

Tsunami waves could be destructive on coastal areas even far from the epicenter. If a tsunami is generated, the earliest arrival in Hawaii could be 2:43 AM HST (Sun, July 20).
