New flash loan API now supports fractional NFTs as collateral. Collateral utilization on-chain is maturing , expect developer explosion in DeFi credit apps.

Their $LOMB staking pool yields dynamic RWA-based interest, tied to real estate rent indexes. Fixed-income DeFi is moving off-chain and Lombard is leading.
