‼️ IMF finds no increase in El Salvador bitcoin holdings

El Salvador has not purchased bitcoin since February 2025, following a $XXX billion agreement with the IMF.

🧐 Authorities granted the IMF access to all state-owned crypto wallets.

At the same time, President Bukele and the Bitcoin Office claim the country continues to buy X BTC per day since late 2022.

👉 However, the IMF believes that the increase in reserves is due to internal wallet consolidation, not new purchases.
