The end of the movie, I sat there devastated for about half an hour, processing it. 

She comes back to her trashed apartment...you just saw what she did to herself, what she put herself through...

...she sits on the couch and looks at the tiny baggie of heroin in her hand...

...and she's HAPPY. 

And in another day the baggie will be gone. 

And she's going to leave that apartment again and do even more degrading and dehumanizing things to herself to get the next baggie...and the next one after that..

I think people who sell drugs should get executed.
