Let's be realistic here.  

He's not going to run for reelection.  

He's going to be XX years old in 2028.  

Assuming he runs again, and wins?

He'd be XX when that term ended.  

He does NOT intend to be in the White House, still running the country X years from now.  

He plans to get it all done this term. 

Before making a successful handoff to his chosen successor.
