Today I have tried testing @Novastro_xyz testnet and the guide from Dan and Novastro was very helpful. 

Firstly you need to link your wallet. Change to Sepolia testnet and sign the message. 

Next step, you do KYC. Remember that this is a testnet so you need not to disclose your personal information. As for my ID, I used one of cats' photo 😾 and it's all done.

Next will be, go to faucet and claim 1000 USDC testnet tokens. Need to sign another transaction here. You can claim every X hours.

Then I went to the marketplace and first thing I saw, I clicked it and bought tokens, $XX USDC per token. It was a Luxury 3-storey Modern Tropical Residence in Dubai. I wish it was real lol. 😆 Minimum amount is XXX USDC per transaction. Voila, I am now part owner of that luxurious residence! 

Once you did KYC, everything was smooth, need to just approve some transactions. Dashboard is sleek and clean, easy to navigate. I never thought buying real world assets would be this easy. Kudos to the team behind Novastro 🫡
