I think he's able to breakeven / maybe slightly profit from the strays he's able to catch.

i.e. if he buys a coin at $20k and sells it at $40k, let's say XX% of the volume that pushes it to $40k is his alt wallets. When he dumps everything at $40k he's cashing in on the other XX% or so of randoms that bought the coin. What looks like a 2x is much more likely a +1-2% or so if I had to guess. Still crazy and profitable, just not as profitable as it's portrayed.
