The President is absolutely right on the games being played by some people high up in the @MoWT_Uganda to frustrate programs like the EPS, MV inspection etc

The @DailyMonitor recently ran an article on the former. 

Also, @PublicSquareEA dug up some info later on that corroborated the @DailyMonitor article. You can find some of that work here:

There’s a mafia ring in the @MoWT_Uganda and we are very sure that President @KagutaMuseveni knows who some of these individuals are. 

But the question is: will he act?
